Module: Supplier Corrective Action

Quickly Identify And Correct Issues

Our solution is the add-on module for FlexRFP known as ‘Supplier Corrective Action Reporting (SCAR)’. This module makes it possible to quickly identify, track, report on, and correct issues. Anyone can report an incident as soon as it’s discovered and start the tracking and resolution process immediately, regardless if you’re the buyer, receiver at the warehouse, or even the engineer who discovers a faulty component.

One of the biggest issues with tracking supplier incidences in email is that the various people involved in the process can accidentally forget about it. With FlexRFP™ SCAR all parties are reminded via email when things fall behind or remain untouched.

Another advantage is that you get to define the data requirements for SCAR templates – both internally and externally ensuring that the process is tailored to your specific needs.

Your software is great! I have been involved in many of these (e-Sourcing negotiations) and in fact just finished one last week for Schering Plough. Your software is much less complicated and more user-friendly than any of the other ones I have used.
