Module: Project Management

More Efficiency, Transparency and Savings

Our Project Management module allows you to create your own process / workflow / task assignment template(s) to help manage complex business processes. Certain processes that involve many departments can be difficult to manage without a centralized solution to track and maintain all important information.

This module can be configured to sit above other modules and then jump into them as needed. For example, a process can start in PM to gather needed data and approvals, then jump to sourcing to execute the RFP, and then after the RFP continue in PM to manage post RFP approvals, as well as other important reviews by legal, IT or compliance. Contract drafts can be included and routed for approvals as well and then once final stored in the Contract Management module. This is just an example process and you are able to define any process and different flows if needed.
